What is a Level II ultrasound?

The level II ultrasound measures the size of the fetus and evaluates your baby's major organs as well as the amount of amniotic fluid, the length of your cervix and the location of the placenta. The fetal position, fetal size, and maternal weight may limit the accuracy of ultrasound.
